Adhese Video Tracking

Who is watching who?

Who is watching who? Map your video campaigns.

Streaming videos and complicated flash movies are usually served from a special webserver or an external service, on a different platform than the adserver of a campaign. And so, reporting is often very hard to compare, or even completely lacking.

Adhese offers advertisers and agencies a custom made Adobe Flash API, directly available as Flash component, that makes it possible to track user actions and playhead milestones through the Adhese servers. Each hit logs the originating flash movie, the unique visitor and the reference data set by the creator of the flash movie, independent from the actual adserver or streaming server used for the campaign.

During and after a campaign, a complete report is available on all logged actions of a flash movie, searchable through an online interface as well as through various summaries and reports.

Through Adhese Video Tracking, advertisers and agencies can get the full picture of the performance of their video campaigns, no matter through which 3rd party servers the campaign has been served.

A similar service is available for tracking in Flash based landing sites.

Equal pay day

March the 30th 2007 was Equal Payday in Belgium. A video campaign was setup by Mortierbrigade and distributed online by Adhese and GarageTV.be.

Different online blogs and websites could generate a unique different code to embed the video in their online publication. Adhese tracked all videos and was noticed when new publishers put the video on their publication.

At the end of the campaign, we reported how many times the movies were viewed, where they were published, how many times the video was started, how many times it was viewed from start to finish, how many times it was paused, which movie (out of 4 movies) was the most popular, where the viewers were geographically located, which site distributed the embed code to which other sites ... you got the point I guess. A complete report, measuring all possible data and mapping the viral effect a video may have.
